NanoFib -Tech won the National Program for Specialized Technology Incubators Competition (Intilaq) at the end of 2015 among more than 70 contestants, and received funding.
This national competition was organized by the Academy of Scientific Research and Technology (ASRT, Egypt) in partnership with (Bedaya Center) for Entrepreneurship & SMEs Development (GAFI), Ministry of Investments in Egypt and we were incubated at the Ministry of Investment for 9 months.
NanoFib -Tech won among 200 participants, the first place for the best startup in the 3rd Cairo International Exhibition of Innovation (Cairo Innovates 2016), organized by ASRT in Egypt, and received a round trip offered by the Institute of French Cultures at the French Embassy in Egypt, to attend an international Nanotechnology conference in France.
NanoFib -Tech won among more than 500 participants, a national competition that was organized by the Academy of Scientific Research and Technology (ASRT, Egypt) and received funding, to develop nanotechnology based disinfectants to fight COVID-19.
NanoFib -Tech participated in MIT Business plan competition (November 2020), and it was accepted to the MIT Arab Startup Demo Day.
NanoFib -Tech participated in NINJA Business Plan Competition for businesses emerging during the COVID-19 outbreak. NINJA is short for Next Innovation with Japan.
This competition was launched by Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) Egypt Office. Out of total 44 proposals were submitted in Egypt Office, NanoFib -Tech was one of the 4 companies/startups that were selected as feasible, innovative, and unique business plans against COVID-19.
